Testimonials

Dr. Rebecca Salomao

Review Process: I find the ARES system intuitive and user-friendly, and I have no difficulty conducting the reviews. However, I would appreciate it if the flow of manuscripts available for review could be larger and more consistent.

System Features: I consider the tools provided by the system appropriate and useful.

Rewards Program: I found the points transfer process very quick and efficient. As this was my first time accumulating enough points for redemption, I do not have suggestions or complaints at this moment.

Dr. Vivek Kumar

"ARES System provides a smooth and efficient peer review experience, with a user-friendly interface, flexible review timelines, and clear feedback tools that simplify the  process. Its detailed review history tracking also promotes transparency and keeps reviewers actively engaged."

Dr. Amir Hossein Miri

"This mechanism suggested by ARES system is absolutely valuable so that encourages researchers to devote their time and expertise for peer-review opportunities."

Dr. Akash Batta

"I am highly impressed by the kind gesture of the team in rewarding Reviewers like myself for their time and effort."

FAQs

Will I be verified as a reviewer? How long does it take for verification?

Qualified reviewers should be scholars who have published peer-reviewed scientific articles in established international journals as the first or corresponding author. You will be verified as a reviewer if you meet these requirements. The verification is usually be completed within one week after a successful registration.

What information do I need to update on my homepage?

To ensure accurate review invitations and to save processing time, please update all the information displayed to editors, including availability for review, area of research, publications, and H index.

Can reviewers removed from the system register again?

Reviewers with confirmed misconduct with respect to the review process will be disciplined and punished on the platform. For severe misconduct such as plagiarism, misappropriation of the author's data, breaches of confidentiality, and failure to disclosure of conflicts of interest, reviewers will be removed from the pool. The ARES system believes these behaviors violate academic practice, and such reviewers will no longer be approved as a reviewer on the ARES System (see specific disciplinary measures in Rewards and Punishments).
